Where do you find inspiration to create music?

Definitely free spirits such as Jackson Pollock, Mallarmé, or Israel Galvan who transformed flamenco artistry in a new contemporary form.

Describe a routine you have in place that helps you live a healthier life?

Daily meditation, yoga, dancing with my 10 year old and regular screen free time in nature.

Where do you find inspiration to create music?

Art, nature and children inspire me, but they are also sources of energy for me.

What energizes you to keep creating and moving forward?

Art, nature and children are my main sources of energy. With all the travelling and the high levels of cortisol and adrenaline I have to deal with, you have to find a way to not only find a balance, but also tap into resources that can replenish the batteries you all send out so much.

Art is also an important source of energy for me. Especially a regular contact with Rembrandt or Jackson Pollock makes me understand that each of us is trying to send out a message or a kind of manifesto, a creative thought for the next generation. We're all like the cavemen who put their hands on the cave walls and try to say: we've been here and we've experienced something and we want the next generation to share it.

What’s one specific product you highly recommend?

I'm totally against guns, but I sometimes use a massage gun when I'm doing crazy projects like my sonata marathon. I also use an acupuncture mat.
