SEATING PRIORITY

Subscribers to the full six-concert series receive priority seating (current subscribers should renew by May 15 to guarantee their current seating). Half series subscribers will receive priority over single ticket buyers and will be seated in the best available seating for each recital. Single ticket orders will be assigned after subscriptions.

TICKET EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

If you are unable to attend a recital, you may exchange tickets for the alternate performance by the same artist (subject to availability) or return your tickets for resale.

EXCHANGES: Ticket exchanges will be completed the week prior to the concert with the best available seating. Your new tickets will be available at the Newmark Box Office one hour prior to curtain.

RETURNS: If tickets are resoled, the value can be considered a tax deductible donation.

If possible, mail your ticket(s) at least one week prior to the concert to Portland Piano International, 222 NW Davis St, Suite 405, Portland, OR  97209. For exchanges or returns the week of the concert and last minute returns, you may leave a message at 503.228.1388. For each pair of recitals (Sun/Mon or Sun/Tue), exchanges and returns must be received before 3:00 pm on that Sunday.
