Hailed by renowned music critic Harris Goldsmith as "the most exciting prodigy to ever come my way" (Musical America), 14-year-old American pianist Conrad Tao is an award-winning pianist and violinist. This season he will be making his debut with the Symphony of the Americas and the Fort Worth Symphony, as well as appearances with UC Berkeley's Cal Performance Series and the Ravinia Festival, among others.
"It hasn't always been easy to credit some of the claims made on behalf of Conrad Tao since he appeared in musical circles as a child prodigy. A piano virtuoso and a serious composer, with a sideline as a violinist? And all before his age hit double digits?
Well, what do you know: It's all true." San Francisco Chronicle
