Seating

All seating for recitals will be reserved and assigned. Seating for other Festival activities is unreserved. Early registration is encouraged, especially for those with special seating needs or preferences. Recital seating will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis; pass holders will receive preferred seating in Sections I and II, subject to availability.

Ordering Tickets

Tickets for all festival activities may be ordered by mailing or faxing the form in this brochure or from the website www.portlandpiano.org, by calling the Festival office at 503.228.1388, or by registering in person at the World Forestry Center, July 8–15. Individual recital tickets may also be ordered through any TicketMaster outlet at 503.224.4400.
Added bonus for early registration: First 100 (Adult) full week or 4-day PianoFest buyers receive a complimentary tote bag!

Oregon Music Teachers Association (OMTA)

A generous subsidy from the Nellie Tholen Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation has made possible a special discounted Festival pass rate of $100 to the first 75 OMTA members who register for 4-day or full week Portland International Piano Festival (see spec–al OMTA discounted rate on the Registration Form).

Location & Access

All events will take place at the World Forestry Center’s Cheatham and Miller Halls. The World Forestry Center is located at 4033 SW Canyon Road, Portland, Oregon, adjacent to the Oregon Zoo. Free parking is available in the Oregon Zoo and World Forestry Center lots for all activities in Miller and Cheatham Halls. The World Forestry Center is also accessible by Westside MAX light rail, Washington Park Station. Call 503.228.1388 for wheelchair accessibility information.

Lodging

A limited number of rooms are available for Festival attendees at a special discounted rate at one of Portland's finest hotels: The Heathman Hotel, 1001 SW Broadway. Call Amanda at 503.790.7103 to make your reservation. Rates are $119-$149. In addition, a limited number of rooms are reserved at the Paramount Hotel, 808 SW Taylor. Call 503.223.9900 and ask for the Portland International Piano Festival rate of $129. Both hotels are in the heart of the arts district and close to the MAX train which can take you directly to the festival site at the World Forestry Center. Please make reservations early!
